Why have you chosen to open the XT Training Academy?

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority is professionalising the industry and has introduced compulsory internships and educational requirements for all estate agents, whether already practising or seeking to become estate agents for the first time.

I realised that, for anyone in the Eastern Cape to access these programmes, we need to go outside our province, as there is no service provider who can offer them. With that in mind, I saw a wonderful opportunity to fill this gap in the Eastern Cape and serve my community.

What do the programmes involve?

Guided training and assistance for aspiring estate agents in the Eastern Cape. We have put together an incredible team that is able to provide our students with the skills and knowledge that they need to be successful estate agents.

What qualifications do I need to apply? 

All you need is a matric and a passion for learning and growing in the field of real estate and property!

Can I do the programmes on a part-time basis? 

Yes and no, the NQF 4 is a one-year programme, which includes a compulsory internship, which is very time-consuming and essential to getting your qualification. The duration of the Recognition of Prior Learning programme between three and four months, so you could get back to your career in just a few months.

How does the academy help me?

Once you have completed this qualification at the XT Training Academy, you are able to get involved in a wide variety of real estate opportunities. Being an estate agent is a fantastic career path and will lead you to success!
