ABOUT THE NQF 4 REAL ESTATE PROGRAMME

National Qualification Framework 4 programme

This National Qualification Framework (NQF) 4 programme is for any individual who wants to participate in the property and real estate industry, who started their internship after the 16th of July 2008. New entries are accepted and assisted in finalising their logbook while training for the qualification. This programme supports and educates students as they obtain the qualifications required to become estate agents in South Africa.

This is a compulsory 12-month programme and is an essential element of becoming an estate agent. It includes a fundamental internship aimed at equipping the agent with the crucial workplace skills necessary to operate successfully in the industry.

This qualification is a prerequisite for admission to the Professional Designation Examination (PDE) for estate agents, which is conducted by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (https://theppra.org.za/).

The cost of the NQF 4 programme is R10 500 and includes all required materials and resources.
